The Examined Life: How We Lose and Find Ourselves

The Examined Life: How We Lose and Find Ourselves - Stephen Grosz I really liked the book. I only gave 4 stars because I wanted more information on some of the incidents but that could just be me needing closure!! LoL I loved the all of the perspectives are told through stories because it makes it not only interesting but relate-able.

If you're looking for insight not only to why you do certain things or think a certain way you may very well find it here! I wasn't looking for answers but I definitely found some questions! Great read for anyone who isn't a therapist or even if you want to be one someday!
